Through our engaging videos, we have reached more than 80 million people and that number is growing everyday.  Our founder, Rabbi Manis Friedman is known worldwide as “YouTube’s Most Popular Rabbi”.
With the launch of itsgoodtoknow.org, Rabbi Friedman is now using the latest technology to spread morality to a wider audience throughout the world through his books, videos and personal meetings. He has made it his mission to help his community to improve their relationships and deepen their connection with G-d.,

BACKGROUND FROM THE PRESIDENT

Hi, I’m Rabbi Zalman Friedman. I am the founding President and Rabbi Freidman’s oldest son.  We’re on a mission to spread more joy and happiness throughout the world.  Our work is fun, rewarding and challenging. I am blessed to work with incredibly bright people who are energized to help unlock the potential of our students and donors.
We have been growing every year and in 2024, we are becoming more sophisticated and productive with our digital marketing and business efforts.
We need your help to keep our office organized and help us to execute on some of our projects.  We are looking for hard-workers with an entrepreneurial spirit and “get-it-done” attitude.  Each of our programs are unique in nature and involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

KEY DUTIES

We operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and our work is constantly evolving, so I expect your role will evolve as well. These areas will remain a constant for the role:
  • Manage the customer service including answering phones, managing the Rabbi’s community call schedule and managing billing for our members.
  • Schedule appointments and events 
  • Some light bookkeeping
  • Website updates
  • Ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Managing team members involved in your projects
  • Tracking milestones and success metrics on “Clickup: Project management software”
Our programs span social media, live events, online classes and book publishing.  Your responsibilities will vary depending on the project.

POSITION DETAILS

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • An interest in Judaism and helping to inspire people
  • A background in digital marketing & copywriting is helpful
  • Experience with operational and project management
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
  • The strongest candidate will be very detail-minded, organized and be highly motivated to grow
